SUMMARY:Devil's Staircase / Kinlochleven
DESCRIPTION:Hi\, \nI haven’t ridden around Glencoe / KLL for a while so fancy heading up there this Saturday. Plan is to start in the car park at Altnafeadh (Link to map) and head up the Devil’s Staircase. Depending on conditions and who’s riding on the day there are several options\, including the Ciaran path or other descents. \nThe riding will be in difficult and remote terrain\, with rocky trails\, big climbs and hike a bike. A good level of fitness is required for this ride. You also need spares\, tools\, clothing\, food & water for a day out in the hills. Please get in touch if you need more information or if you’re unsure of what’s involved. I’ll also be keeping an eye on the weather forecast towards the end of the week as it’s quite exposed if the weather’s foul \nMeet at Altanfeadh car park ready to ride for 10am. If we stick to the basic Devil’s Stair Case / Blackwater Dam / KLL / Fire-road of Dispair / Devil’s staircase route I’d expects it to take 4-6hrs\, possibly longer if we do any extras. \nTom
