SUMMARY:Scottish Cross Country Series round 5: Badaguish\, Aviemore
DESCRIPTION:XCO Race with different categories\, from taster (usually 2 laps) to sport (one lap shorter than Expert/Elite so 4 or 5 laps\, no licence required) and Expert/Elite (if you have enough points and a racing licence). \nA typical race lap is 6 km with steep uphills and downhills\, technical features such as step ups and downs\, sometimes jumps and berms\, single track\, fireroad… a bit of everything! Chicken lines are there if skills or fitness are missing. At the end it’s 1 to 2h of effort. \nWomen\, young chaps\, taster and grand vets race at 11am\, all other males race at 2pm.
