DESCRIPTION:From the website: \n“You’ll need uphill legs\, a downhill head and a bike and helmet that can do both. \nThe race features a mass start from the bottom before ascending approx. 5km to the top of Ben Gullipen along the forestry tracks and paths. After a break at the top it’s an individual time-trial descent in the sequence and time intervals that you arrived at the top.\n This will make it a real race to the bottom! \nEntry is open to all abilities although you’ll want a certain level of fitness to enjoy the ride up and a certain level of bike handling skills to manage the descent.“
