DESCRIPTION:The Intro ride this week will be at Cathkin Braes.  The Intro ride will be the usual start time\, 7pm but meeting in the car park at Cathkin Braes Country Park. \nIn addition to this\, Ramsay (skills coach) will be offering a beginners skills session from 6:30pm to 9:30pm.  Feedback from the session earlier this month was really positive so get yourself booked in if you would like the coaching. \nThere are more details about the skills coaching on the Facebook Group.

DESCRIPTION:Chilled out\, sociable\, friendly and ideal for new riders or riders new to the club.  Come along and join us for the evening ride and stay for a cuppa and biscuits afterwards. \nAll you need is a well maintained off road suitable bike\, a spare tube\, pump and multi-tool and some enthusiasm.  You may want to take a bike light with you just in case we’re delayed on our return to the hall. \nRemember: no-helmet\, no ride! \nWe meet at the club hall (Milngavie & Bearsden Sports Club)
