Is anybody else up for going to watch this, and do some riding? I’ve never been to Fort Bill, nor have I seen the pro DH’ers in the flesh. Therefore I’m super keen!
Would probably camp as it’s more staunch (just to drag Tom D into the conversation…).
Hi Richard, I definitely want to come there and watch this, and ride (even though it’s going to be packed and I only have a 120mm full suss bike so hitting the DH trails hard might be tricky).
Do you think about car pooling? train? it also depends how many people leave from Glasgow…
Oh okay you also ride XC that’s cool. I’d be happy to discover trails around FW since I don’t know the area, just rode FW once (the World Cup XC trail is a bit derelict at some places but it’s fine).
My car is about to dropped off into the garage. If its out in time for the weekend then I’ll probably actually ride Graham’s route on Saturday, just head up on Sunday itself for the DH.

There’s an XC course there that can be ridden, don’t have to stick to the DH trails! 🙂
I was thinking about riding in the surrounding area(s) too, as opposed to just FW, there’s a lot of natural stuff round abouts.
Happy to car pool, hadn’t thought as far ahead as transport yet! Could even cycle up the Highlands way 😉
