GMBC On Tour – Far (far far) Away @Wishaw – 12/7/23 1900
Come and join us for a night at the Clyde Valley trails. We'll mostly by staying in the Cambusnethan woods side this time round. Expect some short and steep natural trails with a few optional wooden features to spice it up. Followed by a punchy climb back up.

There's new trails appearing at Barr Hill! Let's go and ride them. 10am ready to ride from Marina Cycles. Maybe a bit of XC to Croy Hill if people fancy it, but there's plenty to keep going without. There's some fairly steep bits involved but the trails are all nice and firm so it's not too sketchy! Loops of the hill so no worries if your fitness isn't all that. Tea and biscuits/hose available after!

Mugdock Riverside Trail Maintenance
We haven’t done this for a couple of years for obvious reasons so there is a bit of work to catch up on. Aim is to reduce the wear and tear on the SSSI by reducing the trail width using fallen trees etc. Family bbq following trail maintenance, details to be confirmed. Riding from Marina cycles for probably the last time 🙁 Let's get out and work the mince pies off for a couple of hours, back for 12.30 (or 1 if we get carried away). 10am ready to ride! Any off road bike will do. Reasonable fitness needed but we won't be going racing. Fingers crossed for crispy conditions.
