Route dependent on those present and weather conditions but it’ll be along these lines:

• warm up near the car park
• fireroad & footpath climbs, generally smooth, steep in places
• descending on technical singletrack (wet, probably, roots, ruts), fireroad options for descent too.
• not planning on going too far from Aberfoyle (i.e.  not doing the Mentieths loop)

Start time 12:30.  Meet at the main car park in Aberfoyle.  Take trail munchies, appropriate clothing, some water, spares.  No helmet, no ride.  Post-ride cafe stop in Aberfoyle – around 4:00/4:15pm.
