Meet at 7pm, Co-op car park in Bridge of Allan

There will be 2 groups; quicker and slower.  The route involves a fair bit of climbing and some steep descents.  Knee/elbow pads recommended as is a degree of fitness and technical ability and a bike in good mechanical condition with reliable brakes.
