Fireworks Night Ride

A fireworks night ride on Guy Fawkes Night! Slightly different plan this year. Bring your rockets, roman candles, firecrackers, catherine wheels and sparklers along as well as a few munchies and we’ll head up to get a view of the city and it’s fireworks while we set off our own, drink mulled wine and eat hotdogs!
Plan is a bit different to the above (I can’t edit it!). Rough plan is:
– Those riding, meet at the usual Stewart St car park at 7.00pm ready to ride 7.15pm.
– Leisurely ride up through the park via the gun emplacements for views across the city (i.e. sponging off other folks fireworks).
– Then head to Loch Ardinning and meet at the car park (http://binged.it/1cilqNz) at 8pm where we will meet anyone driving up. There will be fireworks, mulled wine and some other goodies.
Hi Folks, we’ve had an email from a new rider who wants to join us for the Fireworks night ride. She doesn’t have lights and, although she’s a cyclist, is relatively new to off-road cycling. Would someone be able to provide lights and ensure the route to/from the fireworks was suitable? Thanks.
Hi there, just another heads up that another new-ish rider would like to join the fireworks night ride on Tuesday. It’s Magda who joined us for a ride last summer. She may need lights so if someone has a spare set they can pack that would be a big help.

Sounds great, but unfortunately can’t make Tuesdays. Hope goes well, save some rockets for the AGM on wed !
