Mugdock round of the Scottish Mountain Bike Orienteering event.
Format: 3 hours, self-navigating Mugdock & surroundings as a solo or pair, collect as many checkpoints as you can and get back to base before any time penalties are incurred.
Post ride hot drinks & soup/munchies usually available
