XCO Race with different categories, from taster (usually 2 laps) to sport (one lap shorter than Expert/Elite so 4 or 5 laps, no licence required) and Expert/Elite (if you have enough points and a racing licence).

A typical race lap is 6 km with steep uphills and downhills, technical features such as step ups and downs, sometimes jumps and berms, single track, fireroad… a bit of everything! Chicken lines are there if skills or fitness are missing. At the end it’s 1 to 2h of effort.

Women, young chaps, taster and grand vets race at 11am, all other males race at 2pm. Track is marked on saturday for practice.

Price is £25 when ordered online at least week in advance, a bit more on race day.
