Anyone planning to enter 10 under? I was going to maybe enter last minute if weather ok. Or even just head up for a couple days riding as got weekend off. Will have space in car if I do.

I’ve entered following the cancellation of 10@ Kirroughtree. I’ll be heading up with The Boss on the Friday. Anyone know any good campsites nearby? I’ve heard bad reports of the facilities laid on by the organisers.
Hi Robin. I’ve camped at both the event campsite @ Nevis Range and a more plush site nearby. Unless you want to get a space right beside the track and don’t mind roughing it then I’d recommend camping elsewhere. I’ve used this place twice and it’s been great both times. Plenty of hot water for showers, plenty of space and quiet too. Maybe not the cheapest though.

Cheers, that looks like it might be just the ticket. I’d like to think I’m tough and can rough it but really I’m soft as, um, mashed potato. Also Becky is coming so a plusher option would be better (and my excuse!). I had a look at another site nearby that’s charging similar so its maybe the going rate for a decent site. Has camping been gentrified!?
Yeah, I think it’s called “glamping” (glamourous camping). Either that or you’re just getting soft(er).
Hi Stephen, I’m hoping to be there for 10 hours of single-speed joy and a barbecue in the rain. Yet to finalise arrangements though.
Not paid up yet, if I can’t hook up as pair with anyone, I am toying with solo entry… Could be best or worst decision I make. Want to avoid the crazy weather of last 2 years, hope its to be a suncream day 🙂
