Irvine cyclocross tomorrow – 2 October

Anyone else racing at Irvine? I plan to head down about 9.30 from Glasgow, may have family in tow to cheer or hurl abuse at me, although weather not looking great for a day standing at the beach, so could have to go without support! Should be a good race though, hope to see some GMBC jerseys there 🙂

Part of the paisley peleton, kidding on to be a cyclocrosser as it is more socially acceptable than a roadie?... not enough much dirt, but way too much tarmac :-) my bike is often found outside coffee shops around renfrewshire or gleaming on the trails when it should be proper muddy!

    I now have space for one, family don’t want to spend time spectating in the rain at the beach… don’t know why! I plan to leave southside of Glasgow about 9am.
