Me, Gav, Ross, Greg + his ‘shire crew are heading down to the Lakes this weekend. When I advertised this last month a few folk said they’s be interested in riding on the Saturday. The plan is to meet up in Patterdale at 9.30am on Saturday, so hopefully see a few folk there.
We’ll need to see what the weather is like, but there are a number of high and low level rides around Ullswater to suit all enventualities.

Dene, Kev and I will be down for the day but may opt for a different route as it sounds like you have a big group and another three of us will only add to the faff time! We’ve several options that are definitely cheeky so having a big group might not be the best. Well that and my hikey bikey routes are something of an acquired taste! Ha! Ha! As is always the case, the best descents in the Lakes are definitely the ones you have to humff the bike on your back!

I’ve taken the liberty of booking a table for the 6 of us @ 7pm, rather than being left with nowhere to eat, don’t know if you guys had other plans, but if we need to cancel then hey ho. Weather is looking pretty good, apart from the odd whiteout!.
