Anyone heading out local tonight ? weather will be lovely but am thinking trails will be a quagmire still…
an alternative could be a road ride although we would need to be away sharp, closer to 7, to get back for 9ish before dusk ?
what are the collective thoughts ?

I’m planning on heading out, would prefer the MTB to the Road bike, as have a weekend of trail riding planned, and need to get in some more practice….Chris & I did Lennox forest last week, and the trails were ok, although that was before the weekend’s monsoon. Planning on heading out at 7:45, although I can come out on the road bike if that is the consensus.
Hoping to roll up for 7, if I get out of work. The legs have 3 days’ biking and a day hillwalking in them, so I’m just looking to get out and enjoy the weather.
Happy for mtb or road ride.
What’s the consensus on this and starting time?
I’m hearing that 7.00pm is preferable?
