There has been a bit of chat about getting this going again as a weekly ride – format being a 9 am prompt departure from club, 20 min coffee stop around 11 at visitor centre and back to club around 1230, or extend it as suits.
This used to be a firm club favourite but has gone out of vogue a bit in the last few years.

Steve, there have been a few folk out last few weeks and it is gathering some momentum. Given forecast I’ve just been out for a sunny road ride, so unlikely for tomorrow.
I would absolutely be in, but I don’t have any free sundays in May!
The forecast held unfortunately and the drizzle kept on coming. It ended up a gentle solo but that was a good reintroduction to the local trails, very few people out at all and the cafe at Mugdock was empty. In the words of the great man…. ‘I’ll Be Back’

After spending lots of time on two feet I am desperate to get back on two wheels! Hoping to be around except every wkd in June am not here! Hoping to make this Sunday though – 24th May.
