What’s the plan for tonights road ride? Is it a local, meeting at the club car park at 6.30pm or a southside ride?
Please can we have a show of hands, as my plan was to head to the club car park and I’d prefer not to ride on my own if everyone is heading south side.

Hi Barry, late reply and apologies to others.
Barry, Robin,me, Al, Gerry and Reuben went out and did the Stockiemuir, Dumgoyne Campsie Glen Lennoxtown Torrance route. Gerry and I peeled off for before Torrance.
Distance back at Milngavie would be 30 miles I guess and average speed was 17 plus when we left. Good ride, slightly uneven pace on the rises (with the usual suspects to blame) and the usual fun off the Stockiemuir and down Campsie Glen to the roundabout at the old hospital.
Al is appointed ‘Bunch Policeman’ next week and will come down hard on anyone sticking it in.
Brilliant night with a chillier than you might think breeze. Torrance to Milngavie was a blast first time round so I expect it was good on the return for those who did it.
