Hi. I’m planning on heading up to Aberfoyle for an easy ride, I’m not planning anything difficult or fast so it would suit anyone just wanting to get out and stretch their legs. OK, so far I make that Barry, Graeme B, Sam & John, new rider Gillian and myself with a possible guest appearance by Dene. Anyone else I should watch out for in the car park?
The forecast is looking like light cloud, about 3 degC and light winds so will feel quite wintery. I imagine the tracks are sodden but it’s forest roads so the surface should be OK. Any questions then let me know.
Hope to make it but after 5 weeks riding in minimum 20 degrees, it will be a shock to the system! And what’s with all this bloody rain?? If we don’t make start time (jetlag,honest) will meet up somewhere….
Hi. We had a great ride out today. 5 of us including new rider Gillian, Graeme B, a bearded Barry and Dawn. Turned out to be a really scenic 30km loop ending at a cafe which made up for the slightly wet finish. Reckon we’ll need to do more rides up in that neck of the woods soon.
