I’ve not heard from Andy since Wednesday, so I’m assuming that the demo is still going ahead. I’d previously suggested that folks should be skulking about the car park from 6:30pm in order to grab a set of lights, ask questions, etc., in order to avoid delaying the ride. I’ll try to be on hand to ensure that paid-up members get priority :~) Last forecast I saw was that it was going to be pretty filthy during the aftenoon, but the deluge should abate by the time that we set off. So far, all that have expressed an interest should be OK.

Unfortunately I won’t make it tonight as it’s Claire’s Birthday, although I am allowed out tomorrow, so I’ll be along for the 7.45pm ride. Please ask Andy about the upgrading of the cree leds to existing Ay-Up owners, I heard somewhere that it’s a free upgrade, just a case of sending back the lights to them in Oz.

At the SXC scottish champs at Drumlanrig on Sunday I won an Ay Up light in a draw and it was Andy who gererously provided this prize 🙂 I was hoping to test it out tonight & thank Andy myself, but unfortuntely I’m off with a cold and won’t be out for a good few days.
