A determined breakin to our hut last night saw ….
1 boarded up window removed – foiled by the inner sheet of 12mm plywood,
2 the door hinges were prised up – foiled by the security bolts, then
3 last resort the panels of the door were prised off leaving the door in place with the security bolts into the frame in tact but a space big enough to remove both my bikes.
Thoughts now turning to floor bolted padlock, lighting and alarms – what a pest.
I’ll keep an eye on Gumtree but hopefully the insurance will sort it all out.
If anyone hears of a Stumpy FSR c 2007 being touted around or
a british racing green hard tail (Gary Fisher Paragon) let me know.
Get those padlocks out now the dark nights are back again
