Hi All – good news – the new tops are nearly finished production at Endura. The bad news – it’s time to cough up your cash. But wait, more good news – the price of a top (for paid up club members) has come down from an estimated £45 to an average of £24 after discounts and club member subsidy! Hooray!
So here are the details for payment and collection of the 25th anniversary club tops…..
Payments & Collections Process:
- Please check this Google spreadsheet for the amount you owe
- Pay the club via BACS (see separate email with the BACS details), if you are able to then please can you use the payment reference “tops” to help us reconcile payments
- Once you’ve made the payment, update the Google spreadsheet with the date you made the BACS transfer
- Payments MUST be made by Friday 29th June
- Based on updates from Endura we expect to have the tops ready to collect from the Club Hall on Tuesday 3rd AND Wednesday 4th July – after the mid-week rides (from 9/9:30pm)
- NB: Tops/clothing will only be issued if a BACS payment has been received.

I don’t do Internet Banking (ever since my account and overdraft were emptied in one swoop a couple of years ago). How can I make payment?? Is cash an outdated mode of payment.?

The other option is cheque payment on collection nights. We want to avoid cash, to ensure we have a proper paper-trail for auditing the accounts.

I tried to send payment today.All was going fine until the bank phones home to verify transfer. Not sure if my wife can answer on my behalf. So seeing as how I’m in the middle of the briney I won’t be able to complete transfer till I’m home; possibly after 29th cut off.

If your with HBOS it isn’t an actual identity check. You just have to key in a 4 digit number that comes up on the screen.

No one was there on last wednesday as this wasn’t the collection night for the tops! As Graham mentions below, the date has not moved out slighlty to the 10th/11th July, so there will be some to give your cheque to then. Delay out of our control, so apologies if this causes you any problems.

Shipment of the club tops has been delayed so collection is now planned for 10th/11th July up at the hall (after the rides). If there are any further changes to this plan I will let you know.
