Given that the weather has played havoc with so many forests and paths I’m planning a trip to the relative clear and well drained centre that is Glentress on Sunday. I’m heading down ready to ride for about 10.30 am. Do holler if you fancy it, the more the merrier. Probably riding a mixture of trails dependant on conditions etc. Meet you in the new caff.

GT confirmed for me on Sunday. I’ve also taken advantage of the Alpine membership benefit and hired a bike (a new Heckler – will see how it rides compared to mine).
Meant to add, I’ll have space for x1, picking up from the west end/city centre. alternatively, if someone has a space, it’s just me and a bag of stuff – no bike to load because I’m using a rental. liftshare in exchange for diesel/petrol money.
Hi Graham we can give you a lift, text or email me your address please. I slipped a disc 2 weeks ago and went snowboarding in xscape last night which has brought it on again. I should still be OK for Sunday, I’ll just eat a load of brufen beforehand.
As noted elsewhere I am also be heading for GT on Sunday. I will be taking the car from Bearsden so would have space for one or two for those of in the west of the city. Post up if you need a lift.
