So who is riding tonight?

The weather doesn’t look too bad so who is up for riding tonight? I have a strange notion for Auchengillan as we’ve not ridden up there in ages and it’ll be no wetter than anywhere else. Actually, even the Whangie low path would be fun. Just make sure you bring a back light!

Cheers

  1. Not going to make it tonight. Enjoy!

  2. Might make it along for a change.

  3. Hoping to be out. Must admit not keen on Whangie on a wet night ride – it’s a long way if there is a mechanical or other problem in the group, and it’s forecast to deteriorate later on.

  4. hope to be there for tea and biscuits later!

  5. so how was the ride ? I was asleeep by 830 🙁

  6. It was ace! No rain and quite mild when the 5 of us were out. We did the urban loop including a spin round Kilmardinny Loch and up the manky Mains Estate. Despite a light frost, the section from Dobbies to the bridge crossing at the Balmore Road was the muddiest I have ever seen it. Two wheel drifts galore. Glad I was on the wagon wheel bike as it cut through the super sticky mud. Back to the club for about 9.50 which was grand to be greeted by Graham with tea and biscuits! Legend!
