Great wee loop Iain – good choice, it was ideal for winter and much better than the local stuff at the moment as all rideable. The climbs were indeed fierce! but worth it for the views, it felt like the swiss alps today… brilliant.
Thoroughly enjoyable ride not too gloopy for a winter morning ride. Some of the short climbs on the way back were indeed fierce. The views from Sloy Dam however, were spectacular. Definitely one to keep in mind for the future.
