Hi, anyone out there wanting to sell unwanted stuff for ££’s or beer or seen sales stuff in bin ends? Finally getting hardtail built up and need the following:-
- Rear disc brake or pair, if the price is right (with callipers, levers and hoses, if possible)
- Rear disc brake adaptor, depending on calliper to IS 160.
- Front disc brake adaptor, depending on calliper to Manitou post 180.
- Shifters 9 speed and 3 speed, preferably SRAM but Shimano will do (I have front and rear mechs)
- Bars with 40 – 50mm riser
- Stem, approx 60mm, for 1 1/8 steerer
Simon I have 2x shimano 180mm front brake adapters ,1 x avid 185mm front adapter ,1 x magura 185mm rotor,1 x slx rear shifter 9 speed ,2x lock on grips (Orange & Blue),1 x slx top pull front mech and 1x 160mm rear disc rotor , I was goint to put them on ebay but if your are interested my mobby is 07551090607

got spare SRAM 7 front and rear shifters and I think we got spare XT shifters somewhere. plus old Hope Mono Mini brakes ( one serviced and not used) no rotors though but you can get these cheap from Chainreaction . Plus some random other bits like stems etc…will be heading up tomorrow so give me a call later if you need stuff….
Got some Easton EA50 mid-rise bars – used a couple of times – not oversize clamp though (25.4mm old skool!), would let go for a tenner (or some nice wine or beer!) – they are like new. Got a stem that would fit, its a specialized roadie one though – about 110mm if you wanted to stretch out!
Got an old hope C2 (I think) disc with rotor, and ready to fit. Probably needs bled and adjusted, would need to dig it out if you are interested.
