Women Only: TV Advert Casting

Hi.  In the latest in a series of TV filming opportunities, we’ve been contacted by a TV production company looking for women cyclists to appear in an advert for Clydesdale Bank.  They would like to speak to anyone interested and get you in front of a camera.  The casting director asked if you could wear your cycling gear and have your bike with you.  It’s all very short notice as they would like to see people early next week so I’m trying to arrange some space up at the club hall on Mon, Tue or Wed evening next week for this.   The work is paid and the dates can be found below.  If you are interested then let me know ASAP either by posting up here or dropping me an email.

Here’s the details from Claire Catterson at the Des Hamilton Casting Agency:

As discussed I am looking for Female cyclists, ideally at the highest level who cycle regularly together.  We are keen to see and put ladies on tape for production at the beginning of this week – W/C Mon 19th May.

Below are the Dates of shooting for commercial and also the Fees.  Many thanks for your time and help and hope to hear from you soon.

COMMERCIAL INFORMATION

The fees are £350 per day and if they are featured in the final edit £2000.

The shoot dates are possibly 28th May in Edinburgh, travel dates 27th and 29th May. Also confirmed shoot dates are Saturday 31st May in Yorkshire.

Thank You,

Claire

If you have any questions or are interested then please get in touch or post up here.  Thanks.

  2. Exactly what I was thinking! I’m potentially interested too…

  3. I bet if this ad asked for male bikers only…we’d have the feminists out with pitch forks 😉
