Hi Folks, here’s the order form for the new club clothing. You can find some details about the design in a previous post.
Instructions for placing your order are contained in the form but ………
- if you placed an order using the paper form we had up at the hall, then your order will be on the spreadsheet and you need to confirm the details of your order are correct.
- if you haven’t placed an order yet or want to place an additional order then the form allows you to submit all the relevant details.
- if you want to order more than one item of clothing then please submit a form for each item you want to order
- the minimum order quantity for any item of clothing is x10, so if only x9 pairs of bib shorts are ordered in total then we won’t be able to place the order with the supplier. Sorry.
- and, no, we’re not ordering skinsuits!! 🙂
- we don’t have pricing for bib shorts or gilets at this moment in time so if your order for these items is subject to confirmation of the pricing you will be able to cancel the order before we submit it. NB: cancelling your order may take us below the x10 threshold and cancel the order for everyone else who ordered the items.
- we will place a bulk order for buffs
- jersey pricing: we currently have 30 XC/Road style tops on order and x10 Freeride style tops so the maximum price for these items would be £27 XC/Road and £28 for Freeride. Further quantities being ordered and club subsidy (on your first top only) will bring the price down further.
- we will publish details of when payments are due and how much to pay once the pricing has been resolved – this will probably be at the end of the ordering period.
- we will keep the order form online until 26th June.
- Barry and I have sample tops available for people to try, we will bring them along to any club rides we are on over the next few weeks. These sample tops are also available for sale so if you want one of these then let me know and we can put them aside for you and will confirm the cost.
- there is a link to a sizing chart embedded in the form for you to supply your sizes if you are not able to try a top on before ordering
- women’s sizing is available and can be specified when ordering, please see the size chart for details of sizings
- zip styles are: full length, 3/4, short
- if you make a mistake with your order or have difficulty accessing the form then email me (grahamDOTandertonATgmbcDOTorgDOTuk) and I’ll do my best to correct your order
- finally, any orders placed using the form are taken as a commitment to pay for the clothing……. or we’ll send Barry and Ruairidh round to sort you out 🙂
