The ride will be about 20/25km (2.5hrs) with fire road climbs and steep and techy descents.
Meeting Place- Aberfoyle overflow car par just off Main Street
Meeting Time – Ready to ride for 8.30am
Equipment- Helmet, well maintained bike, spares, trail snacks and water.
Hopefully see some of you there, post up if you are coming along.

Local Bike Shop Day events at Marina Cycles – 28th August
To celebrate local bike shop day, there will be an Alley Cat in the afternoon, or a small balance based challenge for those wanting a quicker bit of in store fun – all welcome – and also a members-only open evening. Hope to see lots of you there!

Emergency SMS
I found this on a British Cycling article and thought I’d share it in case anyone else thought it could be useful (for bike rides or family who have hearing or speech impairments). It describes how to sign up to be able to send an emergency message by SMS, for example you have an incident in a remote area and only have enough signal to send an SMS.
Local Social Shop Ride
Short notice but if anyone’s staying local on Sunday, I’m not able to go too far from home right now, but luckily there are great trails everywhere!
Wednesday Club Rides
Hi all, we hope you’ve enjoyed the variety of club rides we’ve organised to get back into group rides over the last 6 weeks. The plan moving forward will be to run one of these club rides on the first Wednesday of each month, then for the other weeks of the month we’ll encourage members to meet up for rides at 7pm on a Wed and post up on the Facebook members page any other rides they’ve planned (weekends/other evenings). Info on the 2nd June ride can be found below
