Curry & Quiz Night
After the success of the last one, Fiona at Milngavie & Bearsden Sports Club is organising another curry & quiz night (Saturday 3rd October, £15 per person) and has asked that we advertise it. GMBC members are more than welcome. Tables of 8 but odd numbers are OK.

TGI Friday Ride?
Hi. I’ve not made it out on the bike this week so I’m heading out for a quick apres-work local ride on Friday afternoon. If you’re free/skiving off early then you’re welcome to join me. I’ll be starting from the visitor’s centre at Mugdock at 2pm and aiming for as much singletrack as I can ride in 2 hours.
Lennox ride anyone?
I’m planning on doing the Lennox forest trails on Sunday 13th morning- my default option is to start at Kirkintilloch although if it suits the masses better I can ride across to milngavie for the start. It’ll be a 9am start to let me get home for 12ish.
Anyone fancy it? I’ll be gentle on the climbs, some interesting descending but some fairly chilled out too.
