Ride on Sunday (6/5/12)

I fancy doing something other than the usual Mugdock ride on Sunday and wondered if anyone wanted to join me?

Possibilities:

  1. Head along the Westie until we’re bored and back, maybe including Conic.
  2. Loop round the back of Dumgoyne, perhaps including venturing out into the Campsies.
  3. Something round Aberfoyle way.
  4. Trail centre (Glentress black?).
  5. Something else? I’m open to suggestions, don’t want to drive more than a couple of hours.

Wanted – Lodger

Please pass this around your work, friends and family. . . . .

Double  room for rent in 3 bed house just off Prospecthill Road in Mt Florida, Glasgow. Garden, garage and off road parking in drive. Plenty of space for bikes and stuff too.  Great transport connections, just 3 mins walk to Mt Florida train station and then only 9 mins to Glasgow central. Plenty of regular bus services from Cathcart Rd, Aitkenhead Rd and Battlefield too.

Bright, south facing, furnished room, shared kitchen, living/dining room,  and bathroom, with great shower above bath, and wireless broadband. 4 mins walk from Supermarket, 3 mins walk from local shops.

Live in Landlord, self employed, so out a lot.

GMBC 25th Anniversary Events

Hi all,

The committee is looking for some repsonses to the ideas Graham posted under GMBC25 events. If we are going to arrange some of these things, we need to start booking (and paying) for them now. Please can you share your thoughts, ans suggest others if these don’t appeal. We’d rather arrange events and activities that you want!

Please get involved, have your day, and let’s make GMBC25 a year to remember!

thanks
